Santa Maria Club Barbecue - Salsa for 100 People

2 gallons solid pack tomatoes
4 cups of chopped celery
6 cups of chopped onions
2 cups of chopped bell pepper

Grind above in a hamburger grinder and add:

4 Tbsps. salt
2 Tbsps. horseradish
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 of small bottle of Tabasco sauce
