Santa Maria Club Barbecue - French Dressing for 100

2 quarts of mayonnaise
1 quart tomato catsup
1 cup sugar
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic (crushed into paste)
1 medium onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 cinnamon stick



Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover. Shake well before using. Yield: 1 gallon.
